Creating a Youthful Glow!

Yes, you can look great at any age!

Here's some handy guidelines!

Wear colour to give you brightness and lift... think who the older ladies are that you admire! Sure they are wearing Colour!

Choose styling that graze not grips! - Skim the body, don't paint it on! Size it up for comfort and style!

Go funky! - Stuffy dressing adds years and it's extra bad news if those extra pounds keep reminding you! But, remember that stylish, well-cut classics in quality fabrics look good on any one of any age!

Lighten up your image and dress young at heart choosing some modern pieces teamed with elegant classics!

Don't let your wardrobe get stuck in a time warp. Keep abreast of current fashion trends without being a fashion victim. Add up-to-the-minute touches with clever use of accessories.

Face the facts!

Never apply blusher in a streak across the cheekbones - use a large soft brush to give just a hint of colour above the apple of the cheek. The larger the brush the softer the effect
Give eyes definition with an eye pencil (smudged slightly) or a semi-dark pressed powder shadow applied with a tiny brush just above the lashes to avoid a harsh line.

Less is best when applying make-up, as lines and wrinkles are accentuated rather than disguised by heavy foundation and powder - especially when used round the eyes. Keep the shade of your base as light as possible.

Bleeding lipstick into the tiny lines around the mouth is a classic sign of age. Apply Colour Me Beautiful Lip Base then apply a lip pencil in a shade close to your lipstick or use CMB Natural Lip Pencil. Lip pencil can be used all over the lips then softened with a brush or finger

Always protect lips with a lipstick or lip salve (you can mix the two together!)

Remember to always apply moisturiser and nutrient cream the neck area!

Your skin lightens with age, so don't be tempted to colour hair back to its original depth unless you are a dramatic colour type or personality! Go a bit lighter or try highlights to blend in the grey, however, don't be tempted to go too light if you have been very dark as this can wash you out!

Hands often betray age. Look after them by always protecting with gloves whilst doing housework and gardening. Apply hand cream often and remember that sun is ageing for hands as well as face!

Drink two glasses of water for every cup of coffee...yes really!

And finally keep young always with Grandma's tips!

Think intelligently whilst working, no matter how dull a household task may be. Be interested in life always! Take an interest in the affairs of the day, and in books. Have ten minutes to half an hours' nap every day and keep your temper. Do not get irritable over trifles.

Think nice thoughts about people!

Well girls there's your answer!
